Farman No - 1 to 6.

Haq Mawlana Dhani Salamat Datar Sarkar Aga Sultan Muhammad Shah Imam has made the following Farman:

(Pg-1) O Jamats! Do not consider me small. I am the descendant of the Prophet (Rasool), and my grandfather is Hazrat Amirul Mominin, and my grandmother is Khatun-e-Janat Hazrat Bibi Fatima. I am the Noor of both Ali and the Nabi. Though young at age, I am exalted (in glory). Hazrat Mawla Murtaza Ali was small, but in his youth, he conquered the fort of Khaybar and by holding the gate of the fort over the trench, he let the whole army pass over it and killed the kafir named Jeebara.

whoever yearned from Mawla Murtaza Ali, had his desires fulfilled and his difficulties eased.

Hazrat Imam Zayn Al-Abidin was also young at age but was like Murtaza Ali in strength and knowledge.

(2) Those who are faithful (imaandaar) here will see the wonders (kudrat) and miracles of their Imam of the Time.

The glory and power of my house will be understood by those who are acquainted with knowledge (ilm).

(4) We used to bestow the title of Darvesh to the Jamats in the past, but many did not like it, hence we discontinued it especially for this reason.

They address the Imam as ‘Sahib-e-Zaman’, but they do not understand its meaning, and when that Imam is not present in the world, then how can he be designated as ‘Sahib-e Zaman’? Imams must definitely exist in the world. Imam is the basis of the world.

(5) Every one of you must protect your faith (imaan). The one who is gold will be valued according to his worth; the one who is silver will be valued according to his merit; the one who is copper, and iron will fetch his price accordingly. What price would a stone fetch? You must realize the difference between truth and falsehood. Inshallah! Those who recognize me are indeed gems, the value of whose one fraction is a hundredfold. Act righteously and faithfully. Khanavadan.

(6) Nothing is accepted without the love and the intention (niyat) for Hazar Imam; this is also proved in the Quran and by the Hadiths. No Ibadat-Bandagi is accepted without love and affection for the Nabi and the descendant of Nabi who are his succesor.

Only when a momin follows these points, his Ibadat etc., is accepted:

(1) Friendship with Hazar Imam.

(2) Daily Bandagi.

(3) Moral deeds.

(4) Dashond - Maal-e-Wajbat.

(5) Rights of the parents and brothers.

(6) Rights of the neighbor.

(7) Legitimate rights of the woman.

(8) Rights of the teacher imparting knowledge.

(9) Rights of the Murshid (Hazar Imam) Additionally, there are many other rules that should be followed carefully.

Those who are true Haqiqati momins benefit; they benefit automatically. Even Ibadat, etc., which is done in a pretentious manner to show the world, is considered sinful.

For those who want to perform the esoteric (batini) Haj, it is necessary to stay firm in their religion. They should hold the hand of the Imam of the Time firmly, love their brothers-in-faith, behave with them lovingly, offer the Dashond-Maal-e-Wajbat, perform esoteric (batini) Bandagi.

(7) Imaan is a priceless thing and is dear to the Master (Mowla). Moman Nuseri called my grandfather, Hazrat Mowla Murtaza Ali, “Allah”. He was killed seventy times, yet he kept on saying “Ali Allah”. Later, it was decreed that he is a true momin and his progeny too will be truthful. This momin and his progeny shall not be questioned on the Day of Judgement. Such a status was granted to him because of his imaan.

The one who has lost his imaan has lost everything. The one who has safeguarded his imaan has safeguarded everything; therefore, never let your imaan be disturbed. The satanic deception increases during the end of time, and it has also been in the past; therefore, take precautions against the satanic deceits.

You have committed to offer Dashond. The one who will give my right (haq) will be liberated.

I make complete Farmans to you.

(8) “Why do you cry? What is the reason to cry?”

They then replied, O Saheb! We remember Imam Aga Ali Shah Daatar, and thus we feel disheartened.

Mawlana Hazar Imam then made the Farman:

“I, the Noor of Murtaza Ali, am always present before the Jamat; therefore, you should have complete faith regarding this. We wear the robe (jaama) and take it off in this world, but My Noor is ‘the same Noor’ descended ever since eternity; therefore, you must see ‘the same Noor’.

Aga Alishah, my grandfather, and their ancestors possessed the 'same Noor of Ali,' and that very Noor has descended unto me too. I am their successor.

Noor is omnipresent; only the names are different. The Throne of Mawla Murtaza Ali is eternal and will forever remain until the Day of Judgement. You, the Jamat, have no reason to feel disheartened in any way. I am present before you. There is no difference between me and them; the body needs to be changed; therefore, true imaandaar (faithful) murids must understand the above matter.

A faithful (imaandar) momin may be millions of miles away from me, yet I am by his side, and if a faithless person (be-imaan) who may be in my presence considers me a person like him, then I will also extend the same type of friendship to him.

I belong to the true faithful (imaandar) and the faithful belong to me, therefore, the true faithful belong to me, and I belong to them.

(9) The Imam is like a clean mirror.

If you sow mangoes here in this world, then mangoes will grow. If you sow neem, then neem will grow. As you sow, so shall you reap. Do not have any doubt about it.

(10) “Umar Ibn Abd-e-Wad was a kafir. Mounting on a horse, he had come to fight against Mawla Murtaza Ali. Since Mawla Murtaza Ali was very short in height compared to the kafir, he felt embarrassed, so he dismounted the horse and came near Mawla Murtaza Ali; still that kafir was looking taller than Mawla Murtaza Ali.

(Hazrat) Umar made a request to the Prophet; “Ya Rasulillah! It is not reasonable to have a fight with him because he is extremely strong. I have seen him fight one day. At that time, he did not even have a shield with him. So, in place of the shield, he got hold of a camel standing nearby and fought by making the camel his shield.”

(11) Thereafter, Mawlana Hazar Imam made the Farman:

“How strong and brave he must have been? How strong and brave he must be that he managed to make a camel his shield by clutching its four legs! It is difficult to clutch a camel. When he was able to clutch a camel, how much strength might he have possessed? Despite him being such a strong man, Mawla Murtaza Ali slashed that kafir into two pieces with a single stroke.

Asal din, Islam always keeps on rising.

The kafir thought that there was no one like him, and therefore he came to fight with Mawla Murtaza Ali, but Mawla Murtaza Ali killed him in a single stroke.

Along with that kafir, there were other kafirs too; they too were not able to win against Murtaza Ali. Therefore, they wondered if there was anyone strong enough to defeat Mawla Murtaza Ali? In the end, that kafir was sent to fight against Mawla Murtaza Ali.

After him, every warrior who came to fight was slashed into two pieces in a single stroke by Mawla Murtaza Ali. Look at how brave and exalted Murtaza Ali is! Mawla Murtaza Ali killed each kafir that came to fight him. Even if the entire world comes to fight against Murtaza Ali, they will never be able to win against him.

The din of Islam is ever-present and will be everlasting. Nobody can defeat Murtaza Ali. Do not think of Mawla Murtaza Ali as someone small. Do not be misled by his young age. Look at his status (martabo)!

None can have Murtaza Ali’s deedar; nevertheless, you Jamat are fortunate to be blessed with Murtaza Ali’s deedar every day.

Once, Prophet Hazrat Musa went to ‘Koh-e-Toor’ to have the deedar of God and beseeched, “O’ God! Grant thy deedar!”

(12) At that time, an order was given: “First you have the deedar of the Noor of Murtaza Ali; after that, you will be able to have my deedar.” Murtaza Ali was in batin at that time.

"You Jamat are fortunate to be blessed with Murtaza Ali’s deedar every day. Khanavadan.”

(12) “Look at the greatness of Mawla Murtaza Ali. A person went to the Nabi saheb and urged, “Ya Rasulillah! Show me ‘Haq’ (Truth)!”

The Nabi saheb asked him to go and look behind the curtain. When he looked behind the curtain, Murtaza Ali was offering Namaz and praying, “O’ God! Give salvation to the Ummat of the Nabi Saheb.”

After seeing this incident, the man returned to Nabi Saheb and saw that even Nabi Saheb was praying, raising his hands, saying, “O God! Whoever loves Mawla Murtaza Ali, forgive their sins and grant them Deedar!”

Mawlana Hazar Imam then made the Farman:

“Before Hazrat Nabi Muhammad, Mawla Murtaza Ali was with all Nabis in batin, and during the time of Hazrat Nabi Muhammad Mustafa, he was with him in zahir. Beginning (Asal) when nothing existed, Murtaza Ali incarnated as a small form.”

Mawlana Hazar Imam gave the following example to elucidate the above point:

(13) “Once upon a time, there lived a giant, mighty dev (demon). He used to kill everyone who came into his sight, and he would harass the people very much.

One day, at the tender age of nine, Mawla Murtaza Ali was walking down the road. On his way, he came across this dev and asked, “Where are you going?”

The dev said, “I am going to fight with the bodybuilders.” Murtaza Ali then said, “Come! Fight with me.” The dev, on seeing the tender age of Murtaza Ali, replied, “How can I fight you? You are a child! I fight against big and giant bodybuilders.”

Murtaza Ali then said, “Let me see how much power you possess in your hand!" He then grasped his one hand and pressed it with so much power that the dev’s strength was exhausted, and then, grasped his other hand from behind and tied both hands with the strands of a date palm tree

And said, "You used to say that you fought with big and giant bodybuilders, but you do not even have this much strength!" After saying this, Murtaza Ali disappeared from his sight.

Thereby, that dev started running here and there to have his hands untied, but nobody could untie his hands.

To get his hands untied, this dev went to every Prophet who came into this world, but he would get the same reply: “Only he who has tied your hands will be able to untie them!”

When, finally, Prophet Hazrat Nabi Muhammad Mustafa arrived in the world, that dev came to him and pleaded, “Ya Nabi Saheb! Please untie my hands.” The Prophet asked him, “Who has tied your hands?”

The dev then narrated the factual event that had occurred and said, “I have approached every Prophet of the Time, but they have asked me to come to you and have also said that only he who has tied these hands will be able to untie them. Thousands of years have passed since this event and now I have come to you.

After hearing this, Nabi saheb asked, “Will you be able to recognize the one who has tied your hands by seeing him?” The dev replied yes and described the face of the one who had tied his hands.

(14) The Prophet then asked to call Mawla Murtaza Ali.

Mawla Murtaza Ali was nine years old at that time. He arrived sitting on the shoulder of a slave. On seeing Mawla Murtaza Ali, that dev started shivering and said, “This is the same child who had tied my hands!” Thereafter, the Prophet requested Mawla Murtaza Ali, “Untie the hands of this dev,” and Murtaza Ali untied the hands of the dev.

Because of this event, the dev gained faith (imaan), and he became a Musalmaan (Muslim) and murid of Murtaza Ali.

Look, such a kafir-like dev got faith (imaan) and became a Musalmaan after seeing the miracle of Murtaza Ali.”

(14) In Karbela, there were many kinds of people; amongst them, some would address Hazrat Imam Hussain as the Imam.”

In reference to that, Mawlana Hazar Imam recited a couplet (baet), which meant: "Imam! Imam! They were saying, yet they martyred their own Imam !"

Even Shimmer used to remember God and say, “I am your devotee (banda)!” Yet he martyred his Mawla.

(15) That Shimmer did not recognize that Hazrat Imam Hussain is the same Murtaza Ali. His worldly greed and self-interest blinded him to recognize this. Even today, a Haqiqati who has not attached his heart (dil) to the world will recognize and his heart will become enlightened. One who yearns (talab) for the world will not recognize.

Shimmer was not like Nimrood, who used to proclaim himself a God. Rather, he used to say, “I am a devotee of God!” and used to do Ibadat- Bandagi of God. Yet he martyred Hazrat Imam Hussain.

Nimrood used to do Ibadat the whole night, yet during the daytime, he used to proclaim himself as God and fought against the Prophet. So, of what use were his Ibadat and the Namaz? The reason was that he did not recognize the Prophet!

Whoever has the recognition of the Imam; discovers Hazar Imam, his Ibadat will be accepted.

If one does not recognize the Prophet and the Imam, their Namaz is of no use.

(16) Even today, those who recite Namaz but do not recognize the Prophet and Hazar Imam, their Namaz is not accepted.

He who performs Ibadat having recognized Hazar Imam, only his Ibadat is accepted and useful, and all will be well. Khanavadan.

(16) Hazrat Musa used to sit on a pulpit (meember) and deliver sermons. Apart from his Ummat, many other people also used to gather there. In fact, seventy thousand of them were the sons of the Prophets, meaning the sons of the earlier Prophet who gathered to listen and acquire knowledge. They were listening and learning as well, meaning they were studying.

In his mind, Hazrat Musa used to feel very proud and rejoiced, “So many people come to hear me?” In his mind, he used to feel very proud (magrur).

The books Hazrat Musa used to read and the books he had, could be loaded on forty camels. Hazrat Musa used to feel proud and would say to the sons of the Prophets, “Look! God has granted me such greatness. God talks with me.” However, Hazrat Musa would not reveal to them that Gabriel (Jibril) comes and tells me. Hazrat Musa used to say that “God Himself talks to me directly with His mouth.” Thus, in this way, he used to feel proud.

(17) One day when Hazrat Musa was delivering a sermon, a person asked him, “Is there any person who is superior to you? meaning excels you in knowledge?”

Hazrat Musa said, “I do not know. I do not know that anyone excels me” At that very moment, Gabriel (Jibril) descended and said, “O Musa! You go and acquire knowledge from that person; this is God's command for you.”

Hazrat Musa asked, “Which person? I do not know him.” Then Gabriel (Jibril) said, “Go to that person to learn all the knowledge that is present in the world.” He showed him a sign with his finger and said, “You go there. Acquire knowledge from him; this is God’s command for you.”

Hazrat Musa said, “I do not know that person. Where should I go to search for him?” Gabriel (Jibril) said, “When you go there and see, he will be there. If you search, you will find him.”

Hazrat Musa took his successor Yusha along with him and made Hazrat Haroon sit on the throne. At that time, Gabriel (Jibril) came and said, “O’ Musa! It is God's command to take a dry fish with you, by which you will find Hazrat Khizer. When you remember Hazrat Khizer, you will find him, and he will teach you.

Where this fish becomes alive, search there for that person and see him.”

Hazrat Musa informed his Ummat that, “I have been commanded by God to go and acquire knowledge (ilm); therefore, I am leaving to learn ilm and making Hazrat Haroon sit on the throne.”

Hazrat Musa arrived at a river with Yusha, where he felt a natural urge to defecate. He left the fish, made Yusha sit there, and went away to defecate. Hazrat Musa always used to go very far whenever he had a natural urge to defecate, so that nobody could see him.

Later, the fish became alive due to the smell of water and dived into the water. When Hazrat Musa came, he could not see the fish there, so he asked Yusha, “Where is the fish?” Then Hazrat Yusha narrated the story of the fish and said that it had gone into the water.

Hazrat Musa said, “How is it possible?” Saying so, he waded in search of the fish and saw it advancing in the water. When Hazrat Musa followed to catch it, the water dragged him to the bottom. When he reached the ground beneath the water, he saw Hazrat Khizer absorbed in Bandagi. Hazrat Musa went and stood there.

When Hazrat Khizer got free from his Bandagi, Hazrat Musa greeted (Salaam) him, and Hazrat Khizer responded to his greeting (Salaam) and asked him, “Why have you come here?” Hazrat Musa said, “I have come here to learn ilm.”

Hazrat Khizer said, “You do not have the capability to learn my ilm that you will be able to learn; because you do not have enough patience and you will not remain patient.”

Hazrat Musa said, “God has sent me to learn ilm from you, and I have come by the Command of God, so God will give me patience.”

Walking together, both Hazrat Musa and Hazrat Khizer reached the seashore. There was a boat, meaning a vessel, in which they sat. When they reached close to the shore, Hazrat Musa observed what Hazrat Khizer was doing. At this time, Hazrat Khizer was pulling the plank of the boat, and he finally pulled it out, due to which the water started filling in the boat,

At that moment, Hazrat Musa asked Hazrat Khizer, “What have you done? Now the boat will be filled with water, and we will both drown.” Hazrat Khizer said, “O’ Musa! You had told me that you would keep patience. Did you forget that?” Hazrat Musa assured, “From now on, I will not speak and remain patient.”

Both Hazrat Musa and Hazrat Khizer landed on the shore and walked ahead; a boy was standing there. Hazrat Khizer pulled out his sword and killed that boy.

At that instance, Hazrat Musa said, “O’ Khizer! Why did you kill this innocent boy?” than Hazrat Khizer said, “Again you have forgotten?”

Hazrat Musa implored, “I will not ask again. If I do, then you may stop teaching me the ilm.”

(19) Both proceeded from there and reached a city. Since they were hungry, they went to eat, but no one gave them any food in the city. Not only that, but they were also expelled from the city.”

Mawlana Hazar Imam then made the Farman:

“This is a true story because it is a story from the Quran. The Prophet has said, “That city is very bad because whenever any guest visits, they do not provide them with any food but expel them from the city as they expelled Hazrat Musa and Hazrat Khizer.”

Thereafter, Hazrat Khizer told Hazrat Musa, “No one here will give us food; therefore, let us work and earn money so that we can buy food.” From there, they reached a city, where they came across a house with a collapsed wall. Hazrat Khizer began to build the wall and restored it.

Hazrat Musa asked, “Whose wall is this? Since we have not decided on the labour charges, who will pay us for it? It would have been better if we had first decided upon the labor charges with its owner and then done the work.”

Hazrat Khizer said, “Go back to your place because our promise ends here. You told me that if I do not have patience, then you should not teach me.

According to that condition, you have failed to keep patience, and, therefore, our promise is annulled.”

Hazrat Khizer told Hazrat Musa, “I will explain the meaning and the mysteries of the three incidents that you saw,” and Hazrat Musa sat down to listen.

Hazrat Khizer went on to say that “The reason I broke that boat was because it belonged to a poor man. Since the king of this place is cruel, he would have confiscated the boats that were in good condition from their owners. Had I not broken his boat, the king would have taken it, and that poor man would have died of hunger.”

(20) While explaining the second incident, Hazrat Khizer said, “The reason I killed that boy was because his parents were righteous, and their son was a kafir. Had he grown old, he would have defamed the name of his parents and caused them much misery, due to which not only would his parents have had to endure tremendous suffering, but the entire city would have suffered too. That is why I killed him, so that everyone would not have to suffer.”

Explaining the third incident, Hazrat Khizer said, “The wall that I built belonged to an orphan. That orphan did not have enough money to repair the wall....and since he was an orphan, I built it.”

(21) Hazrat Khizer said to Hazrat Musa, “O’Musa! You are greater than me, but you became proud; therefore, God sent you to me. After all, you are great, and your knowledge is immense; you are superior.

However, you took pride in your immense ilm and felt happy believing that, ‘There are so many worshippers of God, but they lack ilm, and I have enormous knowledge.” In this manner, within yourself, you used to feel happy, and that is why you had to come here.”

Mawlana Hazar Imam made the Farman:

“At the time when Hazrat Khizer was talking with Hazrat Musa, a bird came and flew away after filling its beak from the ocean. At that time, Hazrat Khizer said to Hazrat Musa, “Did you see that bird flying away after filling its beak from the ocean? Now, look! Has anything decreased from the ocean?”

“This ocean is Murtaza Ali! Has this ocean become any less because the bird filled its beak from it? Listen, neither has anything decreased from it nor has anything been lost from it.”

(22) “The same way, Mawla Murtaza Ali is the ocean of knowledge (ilm). When anyone acquires the knowledge (ilm) from it, nothing gets depleted.”
